Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients choose to provide entry instructions so they can go about their day. If you prefer to be home during the visit, that works as well. We’re happy to accommodate whichever option is most comfortable for you.

How do I schedule a cleaning?

You can request a free estimate directly through our website. Once we receive your information, we’ll review the details, reach out if anything else is needed, and if necessary, schedule a walk-through. From there, we’ll secure your cleaning appointment for your home or business.

​How long does a cleaning usually take?

Cleaning times vary based on the size of the property, current condition, and the type of service requested. Initial deep cleans typically take longer (about 6-8 hours, depending on size) than recurring maintenance visits (about 2-6 hours, depending on size).

What should I do before my cleaning appointment?

We recommend picking up personal items, clothing, toys, and clutter so we can focus fully on cleaning surfaces and detail work. If there are any special requests, just let us know in advance.

Can I book recurring cleanings?

Absolutely. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring service options to keep your home or office consistently clean and comfortable.

How much does house cleaning cost in Magnolia, The Woodlands, or Conroe?

Pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, number of rooms, and frequency of service. We provide custom quotes so you receive accurate pricing based on your specific needs.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We’re happy to provide a free estimate based on your home, business, and cleaning goals.

Is pricing flat-rate or hourly?

Most services are quoted at a flat rate based on the scope of work, so you know what to expect upfront.

Are there extra charges for deep cleans or first-time visits?

Sometimes. First-time and deep cleaning visits often require additional time and detailed work due to buildup, which may affect pricing.

What is included in the cleaning?

Do you clean inside ovens, refrigerators, and windows?

These services are available upon request for an extra fee or will be included in your recurring clean if necessary. Let us know what you need, and we’ll build a custom quote.

Do you offer move-in / move-out cleaning?

Yes. We offer move-in and move-out cleaning to help prepare a home or office for new occupants or leave it ready for handoff.

Can I customize my cleaning checklist?

Absolutely. If there are areas you’d like prioritized or tasks you’d like added, just let us know, and we will gladly add those in!

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

Do you run background checks on cleaners?

We carefully select and background check our team members who align with our values of professionalism, trust, and quality service.

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

Whenever possible, yes. We aim to provide the same cleaner for consistency and familiarity. If anything changes or one of our cleaners is taking time off, we will try to let you know beforehand so you are comfortable at all times.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Customer satisfaction is our main concern. If something was missed or needs attention, please contact us promptly so we can make it right within 24 hours.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and vacuum?

Yes, we can bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer, we can use your products or vacuum; we’re happy to do that as well.

Do you use pet-safe cleaning products?

We use a mix of products and can customize based on your preferences, including pet-friendly options when requested.

Can you clean while my pets are home?

Yes, we absolutely love pets, and as long as pets are secured or comfortable around visitors. Please let us know about pets ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

How do you access my home if I’m not there?

Many clients provide a door code, lockbox, garage code, or other instructions. We follow your preferred entry method carefully and professionally.

What areas do you serve?

Do you offer commercial cleaning services?

Yes. We provide professional commercial cleaning for offices, businesses, and professional spaces.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us take care of our team and keep schedules running smoothly for all of our clients. Life happens — just give us a heads up and we'll get you taken care of.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, cash, and check. Zelle is our preferred method for its convenience, but cash and check work perfectly as well. Payment details will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.

Is there a contract or commitment required for recurring service?

Not at all. There are no contracts and no long-term commitments required. You can adjust, pause, or cancel your recurring service at any time. We earn your business every single visit.

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Absolutely. We clean all residential spaces including houses, apartments, and condos with no restrictions. If you live there, we can clean it.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

We are fully bonded and insured for your protection. In the rare event that something is damaged during a visit, we handle it professionally and promptly. Your peace of mind matters to us and our coverage exists for exactly that reason.

What makes your standard cleaning different from a deep clean?
